Trek and destination information (including difficulty, altitude, routes, waypoints, elevation profiles, weather, network coverage and open/closed status) is provided for general guidance only and may be incomplete, estimated, or out of date. Mountain conditions change rapidly. You are responsible for your own safety:verify current conditions and closures locally, carry appropriate equipment, be aware of acute mountain sickness at altitude, and turn back when conditions require it. Kashmir Exploreris not a substitute for a qualified guide, official advisories, or your own judgement, and is not liable for decisions made in the field.
Your content
You retain ownership of reviews and photos you submit, and grant us a licence to host and display them within the service. Don't post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content; we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Accounts
You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
Intellectual property
The service, its content and branding are owned by Kashmir Explorer or its licensors and may not be copied or reused except as the service allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties, and Kashmir Explorer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
